Born in the land of Gautam Buddha’s enlightenment, Sweta Sinha Bidwai is an ardent Yogini while also being the Head of People & Ops team for a MNC at Bengaluru.
Yoga has been a part of Sweta’s life for over 10 years now. She has had a strong inclination towards benefitting the community with her knowledge and experience.
She has completed 500 hours of training in Yoga Nidra, Prana and other focus areas. Sweta’s tryst with Yoga began as a need for a regular fitness regime. But such was the power and pull of the holistic benefits of Yoga, that she chose to deepen her practice. As a trainer, she wants to spread this awareness across geographies through her passion for Yoga.
She has authored multiple articles on the subject at Proyog and other self help publications.Sweta strongly believes that Yoga is not just a way to get physically fit, but a way to find internal peace and healing from within. This belief and her innate passion for Yoga reflect in her classes too, which include thought-provoking Meditation, Chakras Awareness and Mindfulness Training.
She is also a Yogi who likes to have fun and follow her heart.
