Nischal Kapadia is an IIM-C alumni in addition to being a CS & LLB. He is a seasoned financial industry professional with over 14 years experience across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Debt Fund Raising and Global Proprietary trading.

Over the years, as a strategy and management professional, he has been working closely with leadership teams in India, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa on key strategic projects at different organisations.

He is currently associated with Alpha Alternatives; and earlier, was associated with KPMG, Edelweiss Group, DSP Black Rock and also holds CFA certificate in ESG Investing.

Nischal is a TEDx Speaker, Podcast Guest, Angel Investor, Board Member, Keynote Speaker and Jury member at various events.

Apart from his professional engagements, he is very active in the startup and academic eco-system, including Indian government projects such as Committee of Seed funding, Dept of Science & Technology; and Atal Innovation Mission of Niti Ayog.

He has mentored over 50 startups and leads the startup vertical of India Business Group, a premium global chamber of commerce from Mumbai.
