Harsh Johari is a Leadership & Executive Coach. He is a certified Intelligent Leadership Coach and a Happiness Coach. He has over 25 years of diverse professional experience across shipping and financial services industries. He is passionate about training and coaching people and helping them achieve their dreams and reach their true potential.

He was trained as an Intelligent Leadership Coach directly under John Mattone ( an international leadership coach who also coached Steve Jobs). Harsh works with C-Suite leaders helping them unlock their potential using the IL Coaching methodology.

Harsh became a certified Happiness Coach at Berkley Institute of Wellbeing, California. He helps organisations adopt a culture of Happiness, leading to greater productivity, employee retention and higher revenues.

He started his career as a cadet with Anglo Eastern Ship Management, Hongkong and rose to become the captain of merchant ships. He then left to complete Management education at. IIM Ahmedabad and joined Goldman Sachs India as Vice President Operations, where he worked for nine years, managing their payment operations in India. He was also conducting training workshops in Goldman Sachs and recognised as one of their training leaders.

Harsh is currently undergoing his PCC accreditation with ICF. He is also a certified trainer and NLP practitioner as also a 4 times TEDx speaker.
