NASSCOM 10,000 Startups is an initiative, in association with state governments and other organisations, which aims at providing a supportive and nurturing environment to IT entrepreneurs, who get the infrastructure and support to develop the products they envisioned and take them to market.
I had the pleasure of visiting two NASSCOM “warehouses” as they are called, at Kochi and Hyderabad, where I had the opportunity to speak to the entrepreneurs on various business management aspects.
While most IT startup entrepreneurs are strong on the product development, they certainly look forward to getting inputs on business management- starting from product and customer validation to business strategy, structure and processes.
NASSCOM’s effort in bringing speakers from different disciplines to add value to the entrepreneurs is a good initiative.
At Infinum Growth Insights, we work with startups and provide mentoring and coaching support apart from training programs for the leaders and their teams.
Meeting startups at NASSCOM 10,000 Startups hubs was therefore a great opportunity to understand their needs better.
