Completely agree with views shared by customers and entrepreneurs. Vivek Modi has mentioned correctly in film that brand promise is important at all touch points or immersive marketing. And one of such example is my recent read on Inc (https://goo.gl/E1xhFv) about an incident where 5 year old girl sends her complaint to CEO of GAP and response to her letter really fulfills the definition of immersive marketing.
